Writing is one of the best ways of communicating. Writing something is better than showing a slide. In physical classrooms, it’s normal to use whiteboards, flipchart pads, etc.
Digital whiteboards are good, but sometimes having a physical whiteboard can make your conference calls or virtual sessions more interesting.
If you’ve enough space you can mount a physical whiteboard near your working space, but you can also use a small, A4 size portable whiteboard.
It’s a small investment, but it’s worth it. Try and let me know how it goes!
P.s. don’t forget to take pictures of your drawings, to share them with other attendees at the end of the meeting.
