This is the second year in a row that I’m working with Global Diversity CFP Day to organize Milan’s edition of this beautiful event.
Last year my great friend Mauro Servienti introduced me to the format, the topic, and the wonderful people behind this great initiative.
This year Mauro cannot participate, but I decided to continue the tradition and organize the event in Milan.

If you care about helping people of underrepresented or marginalized groups, consider organizing an event in your city, if it’s not yet present, or consider going or helping the organizers near you.
Last year I received a lot from the experience, and this year we plan to add more content, more interaction, and… more diversity!
