I always spend a lot of energy when doing sessions and workshops, and I keep moving, I use my voice to modulate the concepts, and so on.

I was afraid that in virtual sessions and workshops, the energy spent (and perceived by the participants) couldn’t be the same.

Luckily I was wrong. This is the report from my watch:

Daily activity report from a smart watch

I burned 1536 kcals while “moving” and did 55 minutes of exercises, all by being sitting in front of the camera. At the end of the training day, I asked the participants if they felt the energy that I tried to transmit, and they all said yes. Mission accomplished.

P.s. The last number (14 hours) refers to the hours spent while standing up for at least one full minute per hour. I didn’t spend 14 hours standing in front of the camera as somebody could have guessed 😁.
